Hard to answer without knowing the type of content. Is it: location footage, computer graphics or animation?; fast or slow movement?; quick cuts or slow dissolves?; lots of or very little fine detail?; high or low contrast? If it is camera footage is it high-style studio lighting or is it natural lighting using available darkness (lots of noise).
All these factors will influence the choice of encode settings.

June 2, 2005 at 6:22 pmHi
It is a location footage. Has some fast ans some slow movement, and it does have some noise since it was digitized from Beta SP. If you don’t mind, I can email you a low res QT file of it?
Thanks
