  Best export settings for 51 min video for itune styles sites?

  Hey There I have a new bmx DVD about to come out and i want to try and sell it on PayLoadz.com but the have a 1.5 limit. The project settings are 1920 by 1080 30p and im using premiere pro cs 6. I hope someone can help thanks…
