    Hi

Hopefully someone might have an answer for this.

I am looking to export my work from Premiere Pro cs5 to DVD. Just wondering whether someone could point me in the right direction for

    1) Best compression – loseless quality for DVD?

    2) Using Adobe or other platforms?

    Thanks.

    Dan,

The answer is the same for both questions.

The length of your video dictates the data rate. The higher the data rate=less compression.

The highest VBR MPEG-2 encode that permits you to have Audio on a fixed size disc under 9mbs.

So, 560/# min = data rate (using AC3/dolby audio).

    Best,
