What the defferents between Scenarist Pro,Scenarist SD and Scenarist BD

Best is whatever works for you.
Scenarist has an DVD authoring tool and a Blu Ray tool. They cost a fortune and require specialized programming knowledge.
There are other tool like DVDSP and DO Studio which also do a great job and are cheaper and easier to use.
