    hi!

I need to send a 1 minute news video -broadcast quality- every day via email to LA from Puerto Rico and
Would like to know from experienced people about what is the best quality/lowest file size possible, exporting from COMPRESSOR or Final Cut. The file will be sent over a fast connection.

    thanks

    Good Luck
