  Best compression setting

  I need help with audio compression settings for a program that is 1hr. 30 mins long. Cut program in fcp 4.5 mostly talking head, Exported as quicktime file, client needs windows media file to upload to their server. I use Cleaner for this. I want the file size to be relatively small so byte rate on video will be .242 at 240×320 frame size. What will make the audio smaller?? Any suggestions for byte rate here will be greatly appreciated. Or running it through another program….
