Best compression for you tube
Hello,
I am trying to upload an animation video to youtube.
I am working in AE and expoting to Media Encoder for compression.
Since H264 compression is the best for the internet, I tried the 3 main variants (H264 2020, H264 HLG, H264 PQ) but all 3 modes are altering the original colors way to much as you can see below:So what’s the best compression mode I can use in ME?

Yea sometimes that’s a nightmare as far as dealing with compression and final color output.
Some have to compensate prior to the compression stage to get the color they desire.
What is your original color space?

sRGB I guess.
