Aside from Quicktime’s Animation codec, are there any others that give a smaller size, yet still give good quality that I can use to edit animation (large areas of flat color) in Adobe Premiere?

You can reduce the quality settings in QT Animation. Other comparable 10 bit exports such as Tiff will require more space.

Thanks. I guess QT Animation is the one to use. My project is HD res. I think I am just staying in 8 bits per channel outputting from After Effects.
