best codec for 720×480 onto a CD
A client has requested me to put 20 minutes of 720×480 video with audio onto a CD. (doesn’t want it on a DVD)
Are there any compression settings in after effects that could achieve this with half way decent results?Thank you

Yikes! Even 20 minutes of DV25 is 4-5 GB.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVHave you tried Sorenson 3 (the Pro version costs money) or WMV?
Keep in mind those are delivery codecs, not intermediate codecs, so there will be some degradation. They’re not meant to be reworked, re-edited or recompressed.
