    Hello all,
I am looking to get more serious about video editing & only recently discovered that two ssd’s is better than one!
One SSD should have the Windows Boot drive + Editing Software . The other SSD should have the rest.
I have space for one sata & one nvme ssd.
At the moment I only have a 500GB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M2 NVMe SSD with my OS, programmes & files. But I will buy a SATA ssd to go with this.
My question is: should my OS & programme files be on the Samsung NVMe SSD or the SATA SSD?
I’ve only had this computer for a few weeks so it is no problem to reformat the Samsung & reinstall Windows onto the SATA.
I know 3xSSD’s is even better, & I might do that in the future… but for now, I have to make do with 2xSSD’s.

I have seen both options recommended in other forums,
but I saw one video-editing hardware company list its video editing machines with 4 HD’s,
& they had the OS & Software on the SATA & the PCI-E SSD for Media Assets & Project Files.
But I would like to hear from someone with experience of using Vegas.

    Thanks in advance!
