  Best 1.85 Workflow

  Hello,

  A project was given to me, shot on a RED (6.5K) in a 16×9 Aspect Ratio, with 1.85 Frame Guides. I am curious what is the best workflow to edit this project, so that I can edit out the 1.85 and be seeing what was intended to be seen in the 1.85 frame when editing. I will need to export out a 4K, 1.85 master.

  I have made all my proxies to match the source footage in Apple Pro Res LT 16X9.

  I created a 4K, 1.85 timeline and was going to just Nest sequence and enlarge it to fit the frame when done editing, but I am assuming there is a better way (or a RIGHT way).
