Here’s one way:

Roll camera. Talent runs toward camera, crosses the road over a mark. Cut.
Crew places a dummy on the mark.
Roll camera. Vehicle runs into dummy, pushing it out of frame. Cut.
Roll camera. Talent hobbles into frame, picks up shoe, and exits. Cut.
In/out points of footage are trimmed in post. Done.

But I don’t have any dummy and Lasse said that he used frame by frame animation. Do you have anything on that?

He might have used a still (or movie) of himself grimacing and animated it (using keyframes) to fly up into the air .. same for the shoe.
But the cuts would be the same.
