BEHRINGER BCF2000 – controler for Nuendo 2
Hi all,
I need a controler -a cheap and simple unit- just to have a couple of faders to control Nuendo 2.
I’m tired of mixing with the mouse.
I want to do a 2 or 3 pass and have the volume of 4 or 5 tracks in my fingers.
I do simple mixes.The less expensive unit that I’ve found was the BEHRINGER BCF2000.
I realise that some expensive units will do a lot more, but I JUST need to control a couple of faders.Will the BCF2000 do what I need?
Is it any good for what I want?Some times the Behringer units have a “reputation”…

That unit should do everything you want it to. As for the Behringer “reputation”, it shouldn’t affect you, as none of your audio will pass through the unit. It’ll have no impact on the final product. 200$ is pretty darn cheap for 8 motorized faders, so they are surely not that great. They should work fine nonetheless, just don’t fight them when they try moving. They probably won’t have a great feel, either. But that is to be expected from any company at that price point. Looks like a decent choice to me.
