    I just had a system crash. re-installed FCP 4.5/QT 6.5.2 running on 10.3.9. I’ve had no problems before this, but now I do. I need some help!! I’ve trashed my preferences, set new permissions…multiple times and nothing is working. When I try to capture, the spinning beachball appears and my system is frozen???

    any other steps? ideas?
