  BCC8 UpRez Premiere has the same function?

  Opening sequence to 1920×1080 and then inserting a clip 720×576 video streams on the Right button> Scale to Frame Size
  then compensating for the slight loss of definition, I used the Blur video effect and contrast> Sharpen entering a value of 20.

  It seems that this procedure performs the same function UpRez, so I do not understand where the difference is.

  Someone could explain to me?
