BCC7-OFX plug-ins

I dont understand what difficulty you are having. As long as
you have the BCC version for Vegas (OFX). All you have to do
is follow the instructions during install.
Then when you open up Vegas, its there in the Video Fx tab along
with all your other filters, named as BCC 3D Image Shatter thru to
BCC WitnessProtection.
