BCC7 and PPRO CS5 5.02 compatibility
BCC7 trial: XDCAM HD SP (4:2:0; 1440 X 1080i)) when I put video effects on clips the video info disappears and leaves the yellow “Media Offline” spacer. Is BCC7 NOT optimized for 64 bit/HD?
Machine is Dual XEON, QuadroFX, 32 gig RAM, Win7 Ultimate 64. Premiere Pro CS5 5.02 -

it’s definitely unexpected. In fact, if you see BCC7 plugins in Premiere CS5 interface, you have correct 64 bit libraries installed. The 32 bit plugins will not be recognized by Premiere. Now the question is why you are seeing yellow??? I’m stumped and the best I can say is – contact our support team. I’m sure they can figure this out. 888-77-BORIS
