BCC6 3d extruded text – critical error
i took screen shots of the error i get when i try to use 3d extruded text. I guess its because of my laptop graphics card. I don’t know anything about the drivers i have for it. Anyone know how to fix this?

No, this may be an indication of some sort of installation mishap. Our installers place “shader” files on your system and it seems that the shader #19 for some reason can not be found by the plugin. It could be a registry problem or a problem of some files or directories moved around. Can you try to uninstall and re-install BCC? If that does not work contact our tech support
