BCC UpRez and Premiere Pro CS5
I installed the trial version of Uprez for PPro CS5 but when I open Premiere I do not see the effect under the Video effects tab.

Sounds like it isn’t getting installed to the correct location.
Rerun the installer choose the custom install and make sure you are installing tot he adobe mediacore folder.
If you post your OS version I can tell you the exact directory.
