    Using the latest BCC with VP 14,15,16, windows 10 64 bit.

    I am trying to use the reframer on media which is 480x848x32, progressive.

    I have added the media to a track but as soon as I drop the reframer effect onto the media the media disappears in the preview window. I can post a project if it helps, but before doing so I wanted to ask if anybody had seen this behavior. I have tried different project properties, from matching the source media right up to 1920 x 1080

    You can ignore this request – you have to drop the effect onto the track, not the event/media. Once you do that it works fine.
