    Hi All,

    Is anyone else having trouble getting BCC Pan & Zoom to recognize different file types? Mine will not see anything other than files that have been opened and saved from Photoshop. It’s as though Boris and Adobe are in cahoots. I know that’s not the case but this is just silly. Open the file in Photoshop, save it back out, and suddenly BCC Pan and Zoom will recognize it.

    Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated,

    Hi Brian,

    As long as the image is in a valid Quicktime format (Tiff, PSD etc) then it should be readable by the filter. It shouldn’t have to come from Photoshop but for non-QT format stills using Photoshop to resave the file into a readable format is a recommended workflow.
