    BCC 9 for FCPX missing effects

    I moved from FCP7 to FCPX and upgraded BCC8 to BCC9. I noticed that there are a bunch effects are missing, like Snow, Rain, Optical Stabilization plus others. Aren’t they supposed to be in the FCP X BCC 9 version?
