    I have the plug-in which I’m very excited to use and when I try to use any extruded text or spline effects I get this error message:
    “critical error – the hardware model is not supported.”
    I am runnig win xp pro
    4 gigs of ram
    120 gig hd
    320 gig hd
    pentium dual core 3.0ghz
    quadro fx 570 (with the latest driver)

    I’ve seen another post with a similar issue and assume it would be the video card but on the site it states that my card should be compatable… Anyone out there know?

    Have you tried contacting our support department to see if someone there can assist you in getting this filter to run on your system? If not, please send them an email at support@borisfx.com and one of our technicians will help you in diagnosing the issue.
