I’m trying out BCC 4.1 in FCP 5.1 and having a heck of a time. 1st I couldn’t track anything w/ BCC’s tracker. Then I copied and pasted the clip into a new sequence and tracking started to work. However, the tracking does go off (as tracking does) and I want to manually correct it from where it goes off and get it start over from the correction. IS this possible and if so, how do you do it? Honestly, I’ve played around with it quite a bit but I can’t figure this out at all.
    Thanks for any help!

    Hi,

Well based on your description of the problem, all you have to do is to generate a keyframe for the tracker target. To get it to track correctly you should be selecting the “play every frame” option in the FCP menu. Here’s a tutorial that might help:

Thanks for the help! Yeah, now I think I better understand tracking. Of course, as one problem is solved, another rears its ugly head. Now I want to smooth the tracking motion out but that feature seems only to be added to later versions of BCC (after 4.1).
