battery alternatives for hvx’s
would like to use my current AB power strap 13 battery belt but i don’t see any adapter for the five pin xlr type connector from the battery… anyone know of an adapter to fit the 200’s funky battery “port”
or perhaps some opinions on the elipz system from anton bauer
any suggestions are appreciated

I know Bescor makes a cigarette-lighter adapter; I’m pretty sure Dolgin makes some sort of adapter as well. I can’t think specifically of an XLR adapter; it’d have to have voltage regulation built into it to step down from 12v-ish to 7.2v-ish. Try Dolgin though, I think they make what you’re looking for.

thanks! Been researching anton bauer gear and have found a nice setup there with a gold mount and an adapter… but as i look at the camera (hvx200) i am wondering where the hell does that bad boy mount?!?!?! any one out there have a picture of where a AB gold mount mounts???
