Since the HMC 150 and the AF100 use the same battery i thought i would check to see what kind of batteries everyone was using and if anyone has any tips as to where to buy them. Thanks in advance Stuart

    I used these

    PCVWVBG6
Panasonic 7.2v Rechargeable Lithium-Ion 5800 mAh Battery Pack for AG-HMC40, AG-HMC70 and AG-HMC150 AVCCAM Camcorders

and easily got 2-3 hours per charge with continuous shooting. Very pleasing…

Yeah, I had a 150 for a while and bought the upgraded Panasonic battery from B&H. Run’s for 2-3 hours. I could cycle the small battery, then go to the big battery. While using the big battery, I could charge the small one. And then when the big battery dies, I have the small one ready to go. I’d only have a third battery if I had planned on shooting all day “in the field.”
