Batching Multicam
If you have a previous project that was cut in multicam mode and is now offline, can you batch just the final sequence or do you have to batch the synced timeline so adobe can link the clips?

Can you define what you mean by “batching”? Are you referring to capture or output?

usually Premiere makes you batch the whole project, not just a timeline like with other software (Avid, Media 100) which can be a drag.
