Batch Subclip Export
Right now I am synching sound to the dailies in Final Cut Pro 6. I have an open sequence with all of the days dailies in a row, in order shot, and I am linking it to the recorded sound. Is there a way to batch export all of the clips individually out of the sequence so that the video and new audio are connected during the editorial process. I know in AVID, there is auto-sync feature which automatically creates a new clip. Does Final Cut have anything like this.

In Final Cut Pro, these are called Merged Clips. You can merged automatically based on inpoint, outpoint, timecode or aux timecode in the browser.
If you sync audio and video manually in the timeline, after syncing you can select both audio and video, link them, then drag that linked clip from the timeline into the browser, and you have a clip you can work with.
