Activity Forums DaVinci Resolve Batch render projects

    No problem.
    Open your render window as usual and configure all your settings as you need them (including destination path). Then click on the little plus sign under the Render Queue panel (lower right of the Render window). Now exit the render window, save and load another project. When you open the render window in another project you’ll see your previous render is in the queue. Repeat this until you load all of your intended render jobs and on the last one click “Start All” under the Render Queue panel. Resolve will open each project and render it in succession.

    One Big Caveat: is that when Resolve finishes rendering a project, it opens the next one without saving, so if you need to export XMLs out of Resolve (the next morning) to send your exports to FCP it won’t work. At least that’s how it was before Resolve 8, maybe they’ve fixed it now.
