Hi Everyone. I need your help. I work for a TV station and we are undergoing a graphics change. We need to update a couple hundred OTS’s (Over the Shoulders). What I want to do is, set up an action that can automate this process. Basically the process would look like this.

    1) We have a folder with a couple hundred Full screen graphics.
    2) I have a psd. that is the template.
    3) Insert the Full Screen graphics in to the box
    4) Save
    5) Repeat

My problem I’m having is that photoshop doesn’t let you jump between documents with actions very easily. It will say select document 2, or select next document, but when it goes to run the script, many times its the wrong document and you get an error message.

If some one could please help, it would be greatly appreciated. Just another excuse for our station to update its equiptment. Thanks
