I’ve made a bunch of markers on a clip and dragged the clip with the markers into my browser to see the list of 40 or 50 entries. I did an export to batch list, but I’m getting either a list of the whole browser contents or only the clip without the marker information. I’ve tried opening a separate browser window for the clip but that didn’t work either. I’ve tried highlighting all the markers in the browser, but that didn’t work either.

How do I get the batch list to export the marker info from this clip and this clip only?

    Thanks in advance,
    Eric

I figured this out. I needed to modify the markers into subclips. But now I have another question. Is there a way to get the markers, now turned to subclips, to not automatically list where it’s from? It becomes very cluttered and unnecessary when putting together the lists in Excel.

    Thanks again,
    Eric

Do a find a replace all in Excel. For instance if you have marker 1 from ‘Jamoke’ Subclip, maker 2 from “Jamoke’ Subclip, etc. Then do a find and replace. Find “from ‘Jamoke’ subclip” and replace with nothing (leave that field empty) and wallah. You are now left with Marker 1, Marker 2, etc.

    hi Eric

what exactly are you trying to produce? are you trying to actually produce a batch list of clips for later re-capture, or are you just trying to produce a list of all your clips markers?

    cheers
    Andy
