Batch List Hell
FCP 5 settings: 8-bit Uncompressed NTSC capture/sequence – created a tab de-limited batch list txt file in Excel exactly as instructed in FCP manual. Every time I try and import it I get this message –
File Error: 1 file recognized, 0 access denied, 1 unkown.
I’ve tried everything I know to fix the txt file. Tried restarting FCP and creating a new project. Any ideas??

Sounds like you’re trying to import it as a media file instead of the batch list import…. is that what’s happening?
