batch list columns empty
Hi there. I’m trying to export the description column of a particular bin so that I can open it in excel. All of the items in the bin are sequences. I’ve exported a batch list (tabbed text and formatted text -just in case), but when I open this document all I find are the column headings. I don’t see any of the sequences nor the information in the columns that exists in my FCP browser. Any ideas? Is the problem that these are sequences?

such a simple thing should work,
so i’d jump to the simple fixes:
– quit & re-open
or
– trash preferencesnick
