Batch import of XDCAM EX clips from XDCAM Browser
Normally I work with XDCAMHD footage which can be subclipped by producers on XDCAM Browser and selects can be written to a Cliplist that is saved with the disc. Then with Symphony 6 I can AMA the disc and consolidate or transcode just the cliplist.
I just assumed the same workflow would work for XDCAM EX but cliplists don’t seem to be supported.
Is there a way to use XDCAM Browser to subclip selects and then have Symphony do the batch import? Do I need to buy the advanced pack ($199) for XDCAM Browser to create AAFs?

Sorry, the Clip Lists/Storyboards only work with XDCAM Optical Disc. You can make destructive subclips from .mp4s (i.e. entirely new clips based on marked regions) but not EDLs..
