  batch capture problem

  Hello,
  This is might be a dumb question, but I’ve searched the archives and didn’t find an answer.

  I’m batch capturing a series of hour long clips (I believe they were all created in PPro 1.5 and now being used in 2). When I Batch Capture I get this message in a capture log, “Capture Failed: Device not found”. But the device shows up and is working. These tapes were captured with less than 5 seconds of heads. Is this the problem? If so, why don’t I get the “Bad timecode range”? Is there a way to change the timecode range without ignoring capture settings? Or is it another problem altogether?
