batch capture keeps failing
Hello!
I have done 2 tries doing a batch capture from a mini dv tape using pp 2.0. The first one said batch capture finished, and I clicked ok. But it came up marked as offline and the footage was no where to be found. So I thought might be a problem with memory, and I erased some data to make more room. But on the 2nd try exactly the same thing is happening again. Any idea why is this happening?

Make sure the tape has been rewound. I found this problem pop up sometimes if the tape timecode read the ending of the last out point marked to be captured. Try rewinding the tape and trying to batch again.
