Something’s amiss here. Is this even possible.

I have this NTSC DV project where throw all the clips I use for a series of training videos we’re making. I then use Bridge to shop for the clips and then put together the 30-60 second movies in AE. I decided to try to “future proof” my clips, everybody seems to be talking about this HD thing.

Anywho, I logged all the clips on two mini DV tapes with the capture window from information I jotted down while shooting. The when I went to batch capture is says to me: “insert such and such 042408” and I do. Then it says: “Tape Ejected”. Well, it’s not ejected, it’s right there, in my video camera. This worked fine when I shot in DV, although that was about 6 months ago and I may have forgotten something.

Can you guys tell me what to look for. I think I included all the info here. Let me know if I missed anything.

    Thanks, All.
