Brand new to P Pro 1.5. Digitized mini DV footage. Had audio recorded on two tracks, two different mics. Audio footage imported both tracks on one audio track, left was one channel, right was the second channel. I want each track of audio on separate tracks. Can’t find this issue in manuals.

Would appreciate someone taking the time to clue me in.

    Thanks.

What camera? Most have a single stereo track with two channels. If it has two tracks, you have to use Scenalyzer to capture the two tracks.

Thank you. I will try that. I also finally found that if you select the clip in the PROJECT window, you can go to clip, audio options, breakout to mono clips. That is my workaround for now. Will try your suggestion next time I digitize. Thank you.
