Basic Details on CHangiong Speeds of Videos
okay so i no you hold control and drag video leghths to adjust the speed of them but i have a few questions please.
1) Is there anyway you can extend the restricted amount you can drag the video and speed up/slow down videos more thasn you can by just holding CNTRL and dragging?
2) I get a nice quality on my slow motion videos but when i speed them up they appear stuttery and in a quick frames…looks messy. and the pitch doesn’t seem to change/
Any basic asdvise I can undersrtand/interpret/

You can add a Velocity Envelope and slow it down or speed it up more. If that isn’t enough, save the stretched video in it’s own project and then drop it into another project as a “nested project” and stretch it all over again.

Make sure Smart Resample or Force Resample is enabled in the event properties. Video that you speed up too much will always look jumpy because there aren’t any in between frames to make up for the movement.

only thing is in windows movie maker you can speed up and everytyhing is in there and not jumpy..skiping bits out but smooth
and i did try all 3 resamples and there the same
