  Barco Screen Pro II issue

  I have a Screen Pro II that decided to lock up during an event, not once but twice. It was a basic setup, (3) laptops going in VGA and coming out RGBHV 1024×768.
  When it first happened, switcher was powered down and rebooted, everything seemed fine. I powered down again to let it rest overnight, came back the following morning and had the same issue couple hours later.Has anyone experienced the switcher locking up before?
  FYI; switcher was running first time for about 12 hours before lockup.
