i really need the ball_action effect, but it isnt in effects>simluation>…….
can i get a pugin somewhere ? -

If you have 6.5, it’s part of the separate Cycore install from the AE CD. Otherwise, you’re stuck.

Yes, it used to be part of the Final Effects Complete Suite, which went for around $1000, if I recall. Now it’s part of AE, and for the small price of an upgrade to 6.5, it can be yours … with a ton of other goodies and improvements.

CC Ball Action is part of Cycore Effects which is bundled with AE 6.5 (full version, not the academic version!).
Cycore Effects HD can be purchased at https://www.cycorefx.com and from Toolfarm.
It includes new plug-ins, new features and 16bpc support.
