Bad TV
I recently saw a nice tutorial of BAD TV. However, this was done in Final Cut Pro. Can anyone give me a tutorial of this BAD TV in Premiere Pro, please ?

There are plenty of tutorials about how to do this with After Effects. I suppose there is a type of bad TV look you could do with PPro and not using any special third party effects. Do you have a link we can use as reference to what you are looking to do?
