  Bad signal while outputting to mini dv

  Hi,

  I’m outputting a sequence from my avid 4.3 to my Mini Dv Cam. Everyonce in a while, i get a bad signal (blue screen flash) while i’m outputting. I’ve tried changing the cable, but i get the same problem.

  Also, I’ver tried to batch digitize some of the clips from the sequence, but the Avid can’t lock in the timecode to batch. I know the TC is correct, just when the tape is searching for the inpoint, it passes it.

  Any suggestions?
