  bad quality output from Intensity Pro

  Just got our Intensity Pro plugged into a PC After Effects workstation. The AE prefs are set to display HD 720 video, we’re going out via the component outputs to a Panasonic 42″ plasma which is auto-detecting 720 HD video, but the quality is quite bad. Very blocky display of all the graphic elements which are quite sharp within After Effects. Is this card capable of more? Any tips on how to make this work better?
