  bad quality export?

  My Mac crashed last week so i had to get a new one, problem being that all my settings are now back to default & for the life of me i cannot remember the exact settings i had put in years ago. Ive just watched my first completed edit on my flat screen & the Visual quality is terrible, very pixelated, not smooth motion with hazy lines , major loss of detail esp in the faces of people. Below is my edit process, any help as to where im possibly going wrong would be HUGELY appreciated. Final project goal is to view on a flat screen TV DV PAL 4:3 SD (showing 16:9 wiith letterbox)

  Camera Settings:
  Shoot on Canon 60D
  1280 x 720p HD 50fps PAL
  shutter speed 100

  Converting Process:
  Use Mpeg Streamclip to convert raw footage to Apple ProRes 422
  Use Cinema Tools to conform prores clips from 50fps to 25fps (whole project is edited slo mo)
  Import the slowed down clips into FCP.

  FCP 7 Settings:
  Project settings: DV PAL
  Sequence : DV PAL 25fps 4:3
  Graphics imported as PSD 720×576 300dpi RGB color
  Add a deinterlace filter at max flicker to every clip
  Flicker Max to graphic

  Export:
  Export using Quicktime Movie settings:
  MOV
  DV PAL 4:3
  25fps
  Progressive Scan
  Deinterlace video on
  Quickstart for internet on

  Burn the final clip using DVD Studio Pro DV PAL 4:3
