  Bad quality and “lagging” when playing exported video/animations from After Effects

  Hey!

  I got AE and PP Cs4 (with Media Encoder). I recently bought a new desktop (costume made) designed for editing HD video.

  I installed Cs4 products and everyting seemed fine.
  But when I started render out video and played it, there was lagging! Not regular lagging… All the frames in the start of the clip (5-7 sec), were mixed up.

  Example: My actor is going to stand up. While rising, several frames from the time he sat, appears. Understand?

  Render settings:
  H.264
  PAL 1920-1080p
  25 fps
  16:9 aspect ratio
  Level: 4.2

  AE 9.0.2 Cs4 Windows

  Computer:
  Intel Quadro 3.0Ghz
  8GB DDR3 RAM
  Windows Vista 64bit
  eVGA Geforce GTX 285 (Drivers updated)

  Please help me! I got a movie who has to be ready for thirsday! 🙁
