    Running Adrenaline 2.1.8
    3 video layers:
    V3: some lower third animations
V2: video with animatte masks, some color correction
    V1: video with color corrections
Problem: QT reference export to Sorenson then to MP2 results in changing video levels before and after every transition. For that matter, ANY exported media, .avi, .wmv, shows the same problem. I’ve tried eliminating one track at a time, but the problem still shows up.
All effects have been rendered in to out before exporting.
Interestingly, everything plays well and looks great via analog component & composite out. (I actually had to lay off to tape and re-capture as one video track to finish the job.)
I appreciate any ideas about where to look next.

I don’t know if this is will help, but I had a really weird shift in Xpress Pro when using lower thirds. It would compress the entire frame horizontally during the time the graphic was up. I finally found that a mixdown solved the problem (or placing a submaster where I wanted the graphic and stepping into that to create my lower third. This actually showed up on the analog out as well….

Settings > Media Creation > Render Tab
Cleared the “Same as source” check box.
Some of the underlying material was DV25, causing setup to go up & down, among other things.
    All is well.
