    Hey guys,

    I’ve spent the last 12 years mainly in the Vegas forum but thought I should let you know that I had a very bad experience with CASTR.IO.

    At the end of last November my organization wanted to split a stream to Facebook and YouTube. I signed up for a stream splitting/repeating account at Caster. It worked in testing but when I tried to stream from a corporate location the price went up.

    The service failed to stream to YouTube during the live event, just Facebook. So in effect for the results I got, I didn’t even need their services. When I reported this it went unanswered.

    Then, they kept billing me monthly until I contacted them via email. I had two debits for about 16 USD each and no further usage of their services. They stood firm and absolutely refused to refund my money.

    I really have to wonder if a very unhappy customer is worth $32.

    In my opinion it’s probably good to avoid CASTR.IO
