    Dear All,
I shot a Press Conference this past weekend 1/2 hour into the event I got a hum and dirt in my feed from a press box. I’ve tried Soundtrack Pro( Noise Reduction and Power Line Hum), Sound-soap and a few more things no success does any on have any other ideas.

No success at all? These tools usually put a huge dent in it for me.

    George,

Have a look at this tutorial that I produced for my executive producer. He is in the process of moving over to STP from Sound Forge,

I demonstrate how to remove problematic noise using the Frequency Spectrum View in Soundtrack Pro.

You may find this technique useful now – or for use in future projects.
