Backup/Archive–External Drive-swapping Storage…
I’m seeking a recommendation for a compelling backup solution (backing up MacPro and MBP). I prefer to have at least two drives online for backup (A/B) and I will always keep one or two offline and off-site. Anyway, a while back I setup a Seritek (SP?) dual bay arrangement for a database installation. Now, I assume there are many new options. Also, I remember someone having a nice padded case for bare drives or ones with a small sled that made it safer to transport.
Do you like the new bare drive options that require no sled to be attached???
Are you using port multiplication (SteelVine)???
Any certain manufacturer or reseller that you prefer?
